VEELGESTELDE VRAGEN

1) Kan ik een detergent gebruiken?
Ja, u kunt enkele druppels van een niet-schuimende detergent toevoegen. U kunt dit vooraf controleren door de fles te schudden en te kijken of er schuim en bellen ontstaan.

2) Kan ik reinigingsmiddelen met olie of wassen gemengd met schoon water gebruiken?
Reinigingsmiddelen met oliën of wassen worden niet aanbevolen, omdat ze het product kunnen verstoppen.

3) Kan ik de rolborstel in de wasmachine doen?
Een grondige reiniging van de rolborstel wordt aanbevolen met de hand te doen. De plastic onderdelen van de rolborstel kunnen schade aan de wasmachine veroorzaken.

4) Kan ik een wasverzachter gebruiken voor de rolborstel?
Het gebruik van wasverzachter op microvezel is niet optimaal, omdat dit de reinigingsprestaties op lange termijn vermindert. Wij raden aan het te reinigen met heet water en een normaal wasmiddel, en aan de lucht te laten drogen.

5) Hoe kan ik de spraakassistent uitschakelen?
De spraakassistentknop bevindt zich aan de achterkant van het apparaat. Door eenmaal op de knop te drukken, kunt u de assistent activeren of deactiveren zoals gewenst.

6) Hoe vaak moet ik de rolborstel en filters vervangen?
Dit hangt af van de intensiteit waarmee u het product gebruikt en het wasmiddel dat u gebruikt. Met een gebruik van 1-2 keer per week, met water of een detergent, raden wij aan om de rolborstel en het filter elke 6 maanden te vervangen.
